Goku's pl was about 110,000,000 x 50 = 5,500,000,000 x 1.5 = 8,250,000,000. or 5,500,000,000 x 2 = 11,000,000,000. I'd give Gohan about 80,000,000 - 90,000,000. Gohan loses in my opinion.

Goku here is far more skilled and Gohan only trained for some short while before the World Tournament. The powerlevel between MSSJ Goku and MSSJ Teen Gohan isn't that huge. So Gohan gets stomped.

The Cell that fought Gohan was about 75%. 7 years = 84 months = 365.25 days = 8,766 hours = 525,960 minutes = 31,557,600 seconds! Gohan would have lost about 30% - 40% of his powers because he was only studying all of that time and only trained for a month and restored about 5% of his powers back. Gohan loses because he slacked of his training.

If you remember, Goku compared Dabra to Cell, but then said that he was tougher, not stronger, than he thought because he used magic. Goku had a hard enough time fighting Cell, so the question is, could Goku take on Dabra, who is supposedly more dangerous than that level of Cell? Hard to say. Even though Gohan was rusty, his rough fighting style still allowed him to be a good match for Dabra. However, Cell can be just as much of a challenge as Dabra in my opinion. Both are deadly foes in their own right. Considering this, I doubt that Goku and Gohan would be fighting each other for any short period of time. Goku is however more skilled than Teen Gohan is. That's a given. Secondly, we know that Goku has the Shunkan Idou, a dangerous surprise technique. If Goku and Gohan were fighting to the death, I would put my money on Goku for those very two advantages he has.
